Everytime i drive the car, even if its for just 5 mins the fan comes on, i know these little pieces of shit run hot anyway so do you think its an air lock??

Try bleeding properly, im guessing your opening the bleed nipples in the right sequence?
Checked for signs of head gasket?

Its normally caused by an airlock although you say its bled have you flushed it through thoroughly

if its coming on then either the temp sensor is fucked, youve got a wiring issue, or indeed its running hot
best looked at immediatly, if youve just replaced stat then it 90% gonna be an airlock
best way to do it is by taping a 2l pop bottle up side down into your rad filler, cut bottom off and get your mate to fill with coolant constantly bleeding in correct sequence, screw the last bleed nipple shut while your mate is still pouring in (use a big watering can) and let last one flow out for a good while, itll still chuck alot of air out at intervals even when running straight out smoothly for a bit,
then just a suck or syringe or similar to remove the excess water form rad to correct level
