anyone tryed this? has just started a 6week cycle off it, followed by pct..

googled it seems like some pretty heavy stuff, the local supp shop sells it so i guess it isnt illegal lol? tempted to do a 4 week cycle myself..

Edit: havoc seems to be the same product aswel..

It's a pro-hormone correct, one of the more popular ones especially for a first cycle as it's generally very mild on the sides, good for lean mass gains and also strength. Havoc is the same thing, you can also get the same formula from various different labs/suppliers. For PCT Nolva is generally reccomended to be on the safe side, run it at 20/20/20/20 iirc. Epi is ideal for anyone looking do their first oral 'cycle' to get a feel for PH/AAS before looking into moving onto anything else. Have been tempted to run it sometime, need to wait until I get back into consistent dieting/training first though! Another popular one is P-mag.

kl cheers, been googleing seems pretty harmless, dont do offical piss tests and laying off mma till ive hit a clean 69kg with decent cardio, cheers dude, is it classed as a steroid? as ive used stealth labs m1t and did nothing for me what so ever, even had diet spot on and decent program.. ill wait and see what happens to my bro and then deside weather im up for it.

Yeah it's a steroid, as it's an active hormone that acts on it's own.

It's just not ilegal, yet.

I've just ran a cycle of this.

Don't do any less than 6 weeks it only kicks in about the 3rd week. I ran mine at mostly 50mg per day without any sides. Most say the sweet spot is 30/40. 50 was nice for me. Make sure you do a solid PCT.

I felt awesome when on cycle. I seemed to have kept most of my strength. I was cutting on this so I don't think I gained too much muscle mass. Dropped a load of bodyfat

If you've only just started it might be worth stacking it with tren. Have a google!

+ I presume you're referring to a PH going by the name Tren? Not that actual AAS...?

I dont understand why people bother with all this stuff. Clearly a few of you in this thread do but why? just out of interest. Why not just have your protein? I use cyclone at the moment. got a bit of creatine in it aswell but thats about it. Why risk gettin a ban from a sport or risk growing a second head?
Im not saying ur all idiots, just wondering why people bother.

do some reading, if its still painfully hard to work out, "the idiots" will explain it to you

although it do aggree to an extent, if your going to the extent of PH, why waste time/money, just do some gear in...

If you do run the cycle, just make sure you have everything before you start. Then take a log of weight, strength etc.

Been looking at this product and I'm interested in trying a cycle but I see that you all reccomend a "pct" nolvadex which can only be got legally by prescription?

What would the effects/side effects be of taking the IBE Epistaine without the nolvadex?

brother is on his 3rd week, reckons his stregth has gone up added around 5kg to bench, dead, squat, thinks hes added about 2lbs, the only side effects he is having is that he needs to piss more, but he drinks more water and is puting it down to that, also got some kidney caps from holand and barret and reckons that they have slowed it down a bit.

Doesn't usually kick in until the 3rd week so should start seeing bigger gains in size/strength nowish! Some people run a 6 week cycle for that reason, as if you find it 'kicks in' late then you only spend a week or so actually reaping full benefits!

okay cool, think im going to start a cycle start off next month and run 20/30/30/30/30 for 5 weeks, so i can bulk befor i start doing cardio again

No, you risk Gyno and your nuts will shut down. Preload on a cycle support and continue throughout the cycle then take a proper PCT or nolva. Can be got from unitedpharmacy iirc.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I'm no expert.

Just find a source. Ask at your gym. Nolvadex by itself will only stop the estrogen, you also need to start your natural test too. This is done using clomid.

You need to find the half life of this 'IBE Epistane'. Then start the clomid after that peroid of time, from your last dose.

A basic PCT would be 50mg clomid, 20mg nolvadex ED for 4 weeks.

If your testicals shrink you wanna be looking into HCG too.

i alway use hcg aswell no matter what, i also find it quite hard to source anyone with clomind often

Many people run HCG throughout the cycle. All the way up to PCT.

Ask the right people mate ;)

i know shit loads of ppl mate, just not something that i can often find(normally bulk buy when i can get it :) ), i think if i ever need anymore i may have found someone to ask though... ;)

as for HCG lots of ppl do that

i actually know ppl who dont do gear who do a jab of HCG dailly for 10-15 days, it makes your natural test flow rocket in most cases, then tapers back off to normal after a few weeks

Thanks for the info earlier from everyone, it's a bit more complex than taking pills on a cycle and if your not sure what your doing I guess it's best to keep clear so I'll just stick to creatine and protein for now :y:

Id look for milk thistle alternatives. Read an article somewhere that they hinder muscle growth. But if you cant get anything else have 1 a day in the morning.

I dont know how this Epistane works but normally split the dose. Half with breakfast and half before training.

ZMA 30mins before bed, avoid having it with any dairy. I found this hard as I was having my casein shake before bed. Just try and space them out.

liv52 is a good alt to milk thistle

tbh i dont bother with either...not worth the money, i done lots of research into those, keep your diet clean and drink plenty of water your going to be in the same state as with either of the above
