I have an annoying high pitch tick coming from the drivers side front wheel.
It only happens when I accelerate andlet off. It's a high pitch tick/click sort of sound, not a clunk or crunch if you get me lol.
Could it be the wheel bearing?

Check the tread of the tyre, because I had this & it was stones in the tread not done it since I removed them.

will be a screw if you're unlucky. A mate of mine recently caught a belt buckle, the noise scared him shitless. Then he found it and limped it to the nearest garage.

I've checked the tyre. That was the first thing I did. Plus it's not a constant ticking. Just when and let off the power

Is it definitely coming from the wheel area? May sound daft but if the exhaust manifold is blowing that would make a ticking noise on acceleration

perhaps ur only hearing it when ur letting off because the sound of ur exhaust/engine is masking the sound.
see if u can hear it in all of the gears, so if u get it on gentle or harsh acceleration.
I had slighly similar sound, turned out it was an exhaust clamp.

Are you sure it`s not a wheel arch liner that`s dropped/broken then flicking against the wheel?
