read read and read some more,

watch videos of workouts on youtube and learn what each one does(what muscle),

the biggest problem youll face is mentally, dont eat shit like chocolate sweets fizzy drinks etc and look at the nutrition of stuff you buy,

also its worth talking to a personal trainer at the gym and theyll give you all the info you need for your specific gym

Just learn to enjoy it. Ask someone to show you how to train. Research good foods to eat and the best times to eat them. Forget the shakes for now...

You might want to keep it simple to begin with, stick to different types of pressups, situps and other bodyweight exercises like dips and pullups.

Pressups and pullups are great compound exercises (Meaning they work multiple muscles such as shoulders, triceps, biceps, lats, core, chest, delts etc) - Will really help build your upper body :)

find some1 local you know who trains, and go with them. eat right.

its simple to get bigger, just takes commitment.

Best advice right there, eat well, train properly and dont forget to rest! Too much training will give you less results than no training at all

What you need to do is compound exercises, squats, bench press, dead lifts, front press ,barbell curls and dips. They will give you the most size you need. And you will have to do squats they are 1 of the best exercise to put mass on. :y:

Its best to start with a diet I guess. Workouts and diets must be combined together. Better not to go to the gym, you need to spend lots of money there. You can do workouts at home. Also, you should select the best weight loss diet (http://best-weight-loss-diet.org/) program.
