Car failed mot help please

Car failed its mot on friday on

excessive play in rear trailing arm - dangerous

that is all it failed on which i guess is a bonus at least

just want to know my options on gettin this fixed

is it a new axle job - or can this be repaired,

Yeah in all honestly, the only proper option is to buy a re-furbed axle from the likes of IM axles or similar. If you have a fair amount of mechanical experience you could attempt to replace the bearings/stub pins yourself in the axle you have now, but they are very tricky to do and if you are unable to manage it you've just wasted more time and money.
