Not sure i've even posted this in the right place so sorry....

OK so this isnt saxo related in the slightest, just wondered if you lot knew of any thing i can use. Basically I do fencing (clue the bad jokes) and basically we use weapons made of steel, but they always rust up like theres no tomorrow. Only issue is they need to be conductive and so you have to sand the rust off all the time and coat with a little bit of wd-40 (which your not supposed to do, people dont like getting grease marks on their kit...). Was wondering if anyone had any ideas for a paint or something I could coat the blades with that is as conductive as possible and at least semi perminant.

Cheers guys.

You need a sealant that is suitable for bare metals.

Finish kare 1000p high temp sealant would be ideal.

I'd agree with James there. Should suit your needs perfectly.

thanks for the reply guys. Deano surely anodising would insulate? As for Finish kare 1000p high temp sealant I didnt realise it would conduct :s but I think I have some old knackered blades I can try it on. Thanks again for the input.
