.... Just saved me £900 on my renewal this year! Tesco wanted £1888 and ive got it from Flux for £988 inc. Breakdown!
Needless to say, over the moon about this.

Lucky you, they want 50% more from me than last year. when i phoned to query it, they said "same price as last year", but its not, I had the paperwork in front of me!!

Really? I cant believe how friendly and helpful they were on the phone, as long as they insure me, i dont have to like them, lol.

im 19 have 1 year 10 months experience, 1 year no claims and mine is approx the same, think a little bit higher, no more that £1000 tho.
surely you could find it cheaper elsewhere?
just depends on your area tho i suppose.

I then called them for an explanation, "oh we had too many people making too many claims for injuries blahblahblah" and the usual bullshit. Told the girl that I found cheaper elsewhere, she asked me where and that's when I replied everywhere else.
She asked me to list all the companies I got quotes from, so I had to tell her I wasn't getting paid for doing her job on top of having to now pay double as a customer. Gave her 24 hours to reconsider that renewal quote and call me back before I cancel my direct debit, never heard of anyone since.

Just took insurance out with flux... 20 year old, 3 years no claims, high risk postcode, saxo furio with vts conversion, all mods declared, (lowered, exhaust, buckets etc etc etc) £1200 :) which i am pretty happy with tbf :homme: everywhere else wanted at least £1500 and go compare and that were still over 2k!

JESUS! :panic: lol.. when she gave me the quote i was like "definately the 16v engine and not the 8v?" lol.. Sayin that. I asked a price on the furio just out of curiosity and they wanted £1058.. dont get it sometimes

i meant have you been shopping around etc, thats just a very high quote for your age and car, coupled with a couple if years driving....what sort of mielgae are you putting down? and whats your job etc?

should look allover the place mate, end of the day it can save you a fortune, compare the market is ALWAY cheapest of the comparisons for me, by a few hundred £ aswell
then ring the company that offers you lowest online and see what they can offer you
