So whos getting it? - I most certainly am, loved mw2.

I am 99% going to book a day off / call in sick just to play this all day :oops:

Definatley going to be getting it. I love all ones made by infinty ward treyarch suck ass fact. But yea fortunatley im in university so il do what i done last time skip a few lectures tell the mrs i wont be seeing her for 2 weeks and lock myself in my bedroom... wow i sound sad but i dont care!

Im still in two minds as to what im going to play more this or the new forza.

Yeah man! I mean you get nothing for reaching the top prestige, except for the pleasure of knowing yourself.

Storyline FTW, getting them G's and playing it on Veteran. Don't get me wrong year 2 at uni basically got me a degree in MW2 and year 3 I worked on my Black Ops Masters.... hence my op.

You need to broaden your experience. CoD is a good game but it's so 'standard'. Gears of War is a third person shooter..... the best of the genre at that.

BF3... you'd be mad not to acquire a copy on the 28/10 ;)

BF3 does look awesome, although I'm not too sure about the huge number of vehicles in multiplayer. WaW was shite with the tanks, well it was shite full stop but at least it was playable in the maps that didn't have tanks!

I had BFBC2 and I completed the campaign, but I felt it was awfully clunky in movement, even on the highest setting. I realise this is because of COD where I play it on 8/9/10 sensitivity but I just couldn't get used to it.

Oh no...wait...there's is a tiny difference in the gun sight so it must be MW3. I was confused because it appears to be running exactly the same graphics engine as MW2, in turn the same as MW1 and seems to have the same 'see goon, shoot goon' gameplay as before.

I play MW2, a lot, but this fails to move things along, especially the way Battlefield is shaping up.

I'll buy it no doubt, but definitely after I've finished with battlefield...

I kind of think cod is a fucking sham, they will probably release about 2189321738 map packs within a month and charge a tenner each for them which is so lame it makes me not want to buy the game

I had that, tried fixing it the RROD way, needless to say it was a fail.

New xbox was the only option!

if you pull both triggers almost simultaneously, you pretty much get an auto kill. Theres vids online of guys spinning on the spot doing it. I dont understand why its in it.

thanks god some people have some sense. i cant believe how shit this game looks compare to bf3. the fact that it uses a ten year old quake engine.... and you pay 45 quid lmfao. bf3 using 2010 built frostbite2 engine.... epic win.

Im going to buy a copy from asda and have the day off after. Battlefield 3 can suck a dick, having played it at Eurogamer and the demo last night I have to say its a bit shit compared to COD

Will definitely be getting this. Battlefield 3 for me is not what I was hoping for, all the trailers etc made it look awesome, but after having a long play on the Beta, I can honestly say I'm not going to be buying it. Cod will out sell it and still be much better IMO obviously..

I played the beta before it went spastic, played quite well besides the medikit/planar glitches. Full of COD noobs though, not marking up other players and thinking you can just sprint at the other team and pull the trigger.

played bc3 for roughly 2hrs so far.

comparing it to mw3 is retarded. 2 different games tbh. So il compare it to bc2. It rapes it all over! i did one game on the bc2 demo (year+1 bk iirc) and it was really shocking game. i agree its a bit buggy now, yes but its still great imo. Will be buying both.

just need a bigger " tv now. :D :homme:
