dont get the 82 bhp one there shocking! the 104 is not to bad the 130 is ideal and easily mapped/chipped to 170! the sportline/170 odd bhp one is fast, but the gearboxes and driveshafts were never gaurentead as there shocking and just the same as the whole range!
what u planning on using it for????
i used to convert them into campers from panel vans for a very big company so i do know a bit to much about them as a van!

I have a 04 104, its the best one imo for a work horse as the 5 cylinder not only cost a lot more to maintain but guzzle fuel and tyres.
My dad has a 11 plate 140 with the new 2.0 engine and its mint.. literally night and day compared to mine..
Without a doubt though the T5 is the best van made to this day :A:

100% True... but my boss has a sportline and the 174 engine is mint! really quick for a van... with a remap i have heard of these reaching 220! and the torque is also unreal.
80k on the clock now and its only ever had one driveshaft and it gets raped every day haha

I'd prefer the 130 just because it's geared not timing belt
