I need some help/advice please!

Right today i was curious of when my last payment went out for my insurance and its this month, but my dilemma is that ive got 2 years no claims from 13th nov 2010 so nov this year 3. But my insurance papers say i have 1 years no claims from 13th nov 2010. So have i payed them too much money? As my quote should have been for 2 years no claims.

Been with admiral for 1 year 2008-2009 (1ncb)
Chris knott 2009-2010 (2ncb
2010-2011 (3ncb)

Still with chris knott now. What do u think i should do????

Not much you can do!
You would of told them how many yrs ncb you haue and they would of calculatd your cover on that basis!
I very much doubt they would give you anything back.

Was the admiral 'bonus' earnt on a 10 month policy? If so , there's your answer.

Just ring them and ask

If the policy has virtually ended and the mistake was made 12 months ago then I doubt they will refund you.....worth a try though :)
