hey guys, need help here been offered a swap for my vtr. The other car has no tax and is an hour away from me, could i go there change over insurance then phone the dvla and tax it on the phone?

i think you have to have the logbook in your name to tax it, could be wrong

You could go to a post office to do it, though you would need a valid insurance cert with you do that.
