right,

a few of you may of noticed from various posts, that i was rear ended on my way to trax.

Just got off the phone to my insurer's to see whats happening:

Have been told i may not get my excess back (1000 - expensive but only way to get cheaper insurance) and lose my ncb even though, i was at the front of the round a bout giving way to the right (everyone knows that rule)

Is this just what they are supposed to say? I was clearly at no fault of my own, and i am not prepared to lose my ncb and pay out this excess when i clearly had no part in the stupid slut crashing into the golf (that was too close to me in the first place) that got launched into my car?

I am not made of money, this is what the insurance company seems to think, and cannot afford this.

anyone got similar experiences/ had this said to them before!?

its just aggravating me and i am soo close to paying the responsible driver a little visit with the boys!

seriously i pay enough as it is! I would of thought that i would seem to get some help at least but nope!

everything was declared too mod wise. Just makes me angry that ive done everything right, i was driving responsibly ( i could easily of made it round the roundabout if i had given it some beans) and im hearing this!

If you cant drive, GET THE FUCK OF THE ROADS!

rant over.

also, will it effect my claim/ anything if i get incontact with the responsible driver and try and get her to just admit to being responsible?

dont contact her!

they will see it as intimidation and you definately wont get nothing back.

im confused as to why they are telling you you have to pay your excess though, it's a non fault accident at the end of the day!

surely it isnt hard for the insurance to see what happened and pay out to you and the golf?

exactly where im thinking mate, i have a feeling thats just what im being told by the insurance company as this is what they have to say.

But yeah, how can i be waiting at the round a bout, giving way to the right and responsible? like i cant.
