replacement KES-410ACA ps3 drive?

Hi i need a replacement drive for a KES-410ACA, as its going into a 40gb console. Has anyone got an old working one for sale? ive kept the logic board.

is that the blueray drive code? my laser has gone so im gonna need a new one, also a 40gb model..

it varies mate open the top of the drive and on the metal tray near the arm beams its printed on the metel

how hard is it to source the right part and fit a new drive urself? been offered £60 to replace the laser but would rather do it myself if its not too hard,

ive got basic screwdrivers and stuff or will it need special tools aswell?
