gear box leaking problem need help urgent

i have a saxo furio 03 plate changed the gearbox seal and put the drive shaft back in and filled it back up with oil and its poring back out could it be the drive shaft is not in properly

Did you hit the driveshaft seal in properly with a rubber mallet? Mine was a real pain in the ass to get back in as the ones from citroen now are totally different to the orignal ones
