Anyone noticed really high insurance quotes on gocompare? I insured my 182 the other day for £800 after a quote from there which is fair enough. On third party only, 2 named drivers and annual milage of 2000 its coming out with over £1300 for me to insure the VTR!

used them once and instantly realized it's more cost effective to talk with people from the real world.

Well considering in April I was quote about 600 fully comp for the VTR? Its doubled since then!
Comparethemarket(meerkat) with the same details are showing about £700 compared to £1342 from gocompare!

I found gocompare cheaper than going to Elephant direct.

Got a quote on the BMW last week for £750 :y:

comparison sites always come up more expensive for me, i end up ringing as many companies as possible as you always get a better deal on the phone as you can haggle :L

if you go under 4000 per annum alot of companies will make you put a tracker on your car
