the plastic clip on the clutch cable snapped last night, anyway ive had a go at putting a new one in today. I've removed the old one but having trouble routing the new one in, where it goes through the bulkhead. Me being an idiot i didn't attach anything to the old one so i could pull the new one back through. So now am stuck what to do. Does it defiantly go under the steering rack in the groove then go up and through the hole? Can someone give me an idea how to do this? Its seems near impossible

Also not as important but theres one bolt i cant undo on the inlet its the offside one underneath it, i just cant get to it to undo it, is this easy to get to under the car? Probably is :P. This would make it easier to see what i'm doing i suppose

thanks alot

Untwist a wire coat hanger and make a small hoop at one end, thread it through the hole and once through the bulkhead tie some electical wire to the hoop then pull it back through. Tie the electrical wire to the plastic clip on clutch cable and pull it through.
Some of the spare clutch cables have a slightly bigger plastic head so you might have to file down the diameter if it wont come through the bulkhead.
Good luck!

Thanks for this, yeh had the one with the bigger plastic head on it, thats why i was struggling to get it through. I just thought it may of been caught on something as its so hard to see under there. Just got my money back for it now and got a proper one.
