If the fuel pump primes and there is no spark...its obvious tbh mate

On my VTR you'd turn it on and it would be running on just 3. Turned it off then back on again and was fine .
If it's just under load and not just on idle it's most likely to be a spark plug..

My old coil pack used to misfire cut out then refuse to start when hot,until I changed it over been fine for 2yrs now.
