Got a letter through the door today from Quinn regarding the crash I had in 2009. Crash wasn't that bad and everyone was okay, her car was hardly damaged...my wee tin can saxo crushed :n:

Thread about it... http://www.saxperience.com/forum/showthread.php?t=223968

Anyway I hadn't heard from them so just thought it had been thrown out. So was rather suprised to hear about it 2 and a half years later.

The real suprise though was the price it had been settled at...£28,474.68 :shocked: Just about shat myself tbh :sad: Anyway phoned Quinn and they sayed the 3 in the car all claimed serious injury, loss of earnings etc;

In no way what so ever was there enough damage or injury to explain a payout of over 28 grand ! Fuckers played the system as much as they could and ripped the hole out of it :wall:

Just glad it isn't me who has to pay that out :panic:

Anyway just thought I'd share my wee story :geek:

Awaits cool story bro replies from the fagzz :homme:

I had a crash in 2007, and still dont think its 100% settled...

Was my fault and i was also with Quinn, they take their sweet damn time sorting things out.

I was side swiped by a van (i ran a cross road when i should have stopped, no road markings etc) and he claimed all the things he could.
Also i span into a parked Fiesta, and HE tried to claim injuries etc... he was in the freaking PUB when it happened...

Quinn refused to pay for ages, i got slapped with a CCJ out of the blue.
And only a few months back has the CCJ been removed...

Total piss take on how fucked up the Insurance system is.

people just claim for the sake that they can get a little bit of cash, they're probably sitting at home laughing.

I know mate ! As said there was no way that crash should have had a 28k outcome! It's thanks to people ripping the shite out of the system that insurance is so dear :n:

Don't understand why you would have been given a CCJ if you could prove insurance have yet to pay out..... or am I missing the point here?

Trust me mate, i have ZERO idea why i got slapped with it ether.

Court letters and all kinds of shit came through.

I posted it on here a while back i believe, took me AGES to get it removed.
No warning, nothing at all, just a letter coming through saying i now has a CCJ.

Checked credit report and sure enough, it was there slapped for all to see.

Took a long arsed time but it finally got removed.
