i'v got it removed cos i'v been workin on it, so they jus need 2 spray it. also is it best to primer myself, to cut costs and show up any scratches that will show, or jus let them do that stuff? don

if you want a good job doing, id let the bodyshop do the spraying. all you need to do is hand them your bumper :)

ahhh thanks i'v smoothed stuff on it so i guess they can jus prime and spray over it ect. it wouldnt cost any extra to colour match my car would it?

i'm not doin it myself!! i'l fuck it up nd i dont have any of the equipment. i mite give it som primer to see what needs to be filled, smoothed ect. its not worth wreckin it by some shite rattle cans!!!

No decent body shop will let you prep the bumper yourself. Personally I would say your talking 75-150 quid for a decent prep and paint job.
