how much would i be looking at for a full respray and does anyone know any decent spray garages in london? many thanks

Completely dependant on how good quality the re spray will be how much prep work your willing to do yourself, how much of the car you strip out yourself if you even want the door shuts,engine bay, inside of the car done. It varies so much theres not a set price, every garage will give a different quote.

Does help if you state what you mean by a full respray? Just outer body, or inside too?

My uncle charges around 1.5k-2k for full respray on the outer.

I'm doing mine myself for £125 I know this doesn't help you much I just wanted to tell somebody.

Around the £1K mark for an ok job, anything up to £5k for a brilliant finish and some bodywork.
