Anyone done this? Im buggered!

Half hour boxercise and then half hour spinning, im used to spinning but never done boxercise had kinda expected what it was going to be like but its hard! enjoyed it tho, but after half hour of that to do spinning after i must be crazy!

got football for 2 hours tonight as well

im off to shop to get some jelly babies!

Yatesy you mentalist :), those 2 classes are cripplers, fair play for doin them both in 1 night, ull feel it tomorrow.

Boxercise is a great workout

spinning is half an hour on the bikes, you go to music and u go fast and slow and put tension on so it sharder to pedal

boxercise is circuit training, mixture of punch bags weights and sit ups, just things like that, basically what boxers do

i done them both and am now heading for an early grave lol
