Copying iPhone contacts to SIM card?

Anyone know if this is possible, just so I can have a copy of updated contacts on the sim incase I need to use a different phone with the sim card.

iPhone 4 running iOS 5 so not jailbroken...yet.

I don't know if im right here but here goes...

Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calenders > Scroll down to 'Import SIM Contacts'

I don't have a clue what it is though :p

EDIT: Thats wrong and does the opposite that you want.

Download Cydia (Jailbreak your phone) and get SIManger :y:
