Friday: Work til 5pm, then off to the gym (after my new whey protein shake :A:)
Saturday: Chill out and then maybe go gym (depends how sore I am!). At night, I'll be out with the lads.
Sunday: Wash the car as it's been nearly 3 months since I last washed it :homme:
