Hi am just wondering if anybody has used these few mates say there good but would like a few more reviews on them. Do they actually work? I wouldn't just be using tht I am also doin between 200-500 Sirius every night. Would it be worth getting one chhers

I remember year's ago, i was 14. Went into 'qs fashion' with my parents.. Saw one of these ab belts (cheap shitty £10 one) so got one, as i wanted a 6 pack.

I used it once a day 20min settings, And went from never working out to having a 6 pack in a month or 2. Definitely worked, So i imagine a better quality one would be even better.

Id say if you were lean they could be advantagous. If your fat, get on a diet and do some cardio.

They don't work anywhere near as well as a cleaner diet and FREE bodyweight exercises like planks, situps, crunches, leg raises etc do.
