It's that time of year again where I have to renew my insurance and this year I have been quoted £952 for my 1.1 saxo which I still think is very expensive. I have 3 years no claims and the price never seems to go down.
Any one got any advice or tips on how to get my insurance down? I try every year but no luck, really frustrating.
Cheers!

thats what i paid for mine with 2 years ncb. best bet is to phone around every insurance company you can think of and then try to haggle them down.
i moved to a new address recently and saved me £400 on insurance but that was on an MR2. post codes do make a massive difference unfortunately. Funny enough though within a week of moving to the new address i had an accident. Insurance companies just try to rip you off

thats because they think that a thief would not no which house to break in for the car keys if its parked in street but if its parked in your drive then its obviuos which house the car belongs to :)

Then why is it cheaper for me to insure my car to be kept on the road than in a garage? Baring in mind that my road is a busy bus route and could very easily be hit.

Allways ignore the renewal price they are expensive. The renewals are just for lazy people who can't be bothered to look for a cheaper quote.
Put your mum and dad on there as named drivers?
