Respraying Interior help

Thinking of freshning up my interior console and vent surrounds with a grey sort of glossy colour because the black is pretty dull now, anyone know of any threads showing how its done but also how many cans of spray and primer etc is needed?

easy just clean very well, sand down, use white spirit, dry, use primer, i find poundland primer the best value as it it obviously £1 and it is as good as any other primer i have used. then use your colour, which i use wilkos for, but any stuf is good. you will probs need two cans of primer and two cans of your colour, and also a can of clear laquer so it has a shine. use 2 coats primer 2 coats olour and one coat laquer.
