turbo 1.1 ? cant be!

hello everyone, i have this problem with my saxo, when i hit 1500 rpm and 2500 rpm the car lets out a little whistle from the exaust and the noise will only happen if i am in gear, there is no noise if i just rev the car up so that rules out holes in the exaust "/ any ideas?
