thats taken some balls to do that to 4 of the biggest clubs in italian football history, as a Lazio Fan i fear the worse for our future because we are in bad financial trouble as it is, so i think they will be extinct within a year.

and juventus? 30 point handicap and relegated to serieB
Fiorentina - Serie B and 12point handicap
Lazio - Serie B and 7 point handicap

AC MILAN - Serie A with 15point handicap

Ive just been reading through www.gazzetta.it, as skysports and bbc generally always slate italian football.. but i think its the best thing they could of done to stop this scandal, and im all for it. its going to change domestic football in italy alot, My Predictions are Inter and Roma to now dominate, i hate to say =/

For those who are supersitious, Italy won the world cup this year with a domestic scandal, in 82, Paulo Rossi was taken to the world cup, following dismay because he was tested positive for drugs, And there was a match-fixing scandal, where Sampdoria were eventually docked points, Paulo Rossi was top scorer in 82.

So its the big carboot sale? or is it? will players pledge their futures, or will they seek 'higher end football'?

Almost certain Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Emerson, Vieira, Buffon, Trezeguet, Pandev, Rocchi, Oddo, perruzzi, Luca Toni, Pazzini, Montolivo, Cameronesi, Cannavaro, Thuram, Zebina, and many more will be on the move, 8 Juventus players featured in the world cup final, including David Trezeguet.

Cut price? or outragous? yes the players may want to leave, but they are under contract, unless they have a 'get out' clause the clubs have evryright to reject unrealistic offers.

is going to be an exciting few weeks, and a looong year as a Lazio fan

Again, well done to the italian F.A for shocking cheating Backroom staff + officials.

quite amazed they went through with the 'worst' predicted outcomes. About time cheating in this game gets clamped down on. I've become disappointed with football over the last few years mainly down to players attitudes on and off the pitch.

This news is obviously bad for the teams involved but good for footy as a whole - so I'll be watching with interest over the next couple of years
