Machine polishing!

I am looking at getting a dual action machine polisher, i have a couple of questions!

1. whats the main difference between the Das-6 and the Das-6 Pro?
2. whats the best set to get if i was to go with either of the above e.g. meguiars, sonus etc

all about preference mate! I have the Das-6 works wonders. easy to use, wont burn paint unless you fall asleep on it! haha

With the compounds ect, i use Dodo j lime primer and some megs stuff. Its all about preference really. Some harder-core MP people will give you better advice though really. depends how serious you wanna go with it!

ok cool cheers mate, i like the look of the Menzerna kit because its the cheapest and it comes with more compounds and stuff

1. the pro version has a more powerful motor, from the top of my head 850w vs the 500w of the normal das 6 and the pro has a longer cable.
2 there is no 'best set' everyone has their opinions on likes and dislikes.. but I have the CG hexlogic pads with menzerna polishes.

i have the das 6- pro and bought it with Sonus polish, there 4 stage stuff, used in on the VXR and works briliantly, get a really deep shine when used with Dodo Juice Purple Haze
