as in the title guys and gals.
very confusing, initial thought was exhaust, had a look at all the brackets ect...they are fine
thought maybe handbrake cable, but the handbrake feels tight.
help?:panic:

Your gear linkage is rattling on your manifold-centre section clamp.

Or that. One of the reasons i fashioned mine into an alternator heat shield.;)

defo not heat shield. all nice tight and noise free.
if it is the gear linkage is rattling on the manifold-centre section clamp is it a fix i can do or best to speak to a good mech (like KrisB)?

Ill take a wild guess that your car is lowered and you've caught your exhaust and pushed it up, If you have then you can just bend it back.

not lowered dude....YET lol.
its my project car....T reg, low miles, got it given to me for £300 by a mate,
few minor issues which i am ironing out....ball joint shot and this bloody rattle!
THEN onto lowering, decent alloys ect.
