Anyone tried it ?
Ordered a batch last night from ebay. £28. Basically a pre-workout and creatine all in one supplement.
Read nothing but good reviews and the price is cheaper than gaspari size on (which I found to be average at best with a big price tag).
Will report back after 1-2 weeks on the stuff

Looks good mate had a scan over a few reviews on google and people seem to rate it.
Is it not like a jack3d product?
Do you cycle your creatine products & supplements?

I cycle my creatine, usually 8 weeks on 1 week off.
Jack3d is more like an extreme energy boost.
This is similair to gaspari size on, its a creatine product that works almost instantly when you train, give you energy, strength and promotes protein synthesis which leads to lean muscle gain.

Came today, had my first dose about 1.5 hours ago. Defiantly felt more energised, focused and stronger, added an extra 5kg on the squat.
Can't comment on the pumps, will notice that more when I train isolated muscles, biceps + triceps etc.
I bought this stuff purely to help muscle growth and strength. Wasn't bothered about the stimulates, mainly because I had slight hypertension, but this stuff is quite intense. Even now relaxing on my bed my head feels like i've had 5 red bulls lol, hope my body adapts to this overtime because this is crazy :panic: May try 1/2 scoop tomorrow instead of a whole one.

I've been taking TestPump recently too, been giving me some pretty sore kidneys the morning after taking it, very good pre-workout though!!

Yeh? What ingrediants do you think effects your kidneys? I dont have it to hand. Does it contrain creatine?

so with this do you actually feel 'mentally' better aswell? as i thought this was aimed more towards the physical improvement?

Yes mate defiantly. Although only when you start training. I feel more physced up but not a huge amount. Only been on it 3 days now. Just had some 15mins ago and I have cardio today so will see what it's like when I go for my jog in a minute.
Gone down to 3/4 scoop aswell until my body is tolerant. 1 full scoop on my first day was crazy lol.

Week on, strength still improving slightly. Energy levels still high during workouts and just feel allot more pumped and focused + generally enjoying training more.
Body has become more tolerant to it so now I'm using 1 full scoop and don't feel like a coke junkie for hours after training any more!

Currently using N2H Nitro matrix (http://www.customisedsupplements.com/product.asp?c=68&p=13162) and Ive got to say its the best Ive used. Didnt like jack3d myself, hated the itching and used to feel like it wore off too quick.
Been using this all week and its working a treat. Having some great workouts

ive been looking into it, gonna order some soon,
you know theres two versions out atm, the £28 one on ebay is the old formula and there a new one with added BCAAAAA's in for £31 on ebay,
im gonna order the newer one as its more likely to be even better,
do you take it even on 'off' days to keep the level up or just on training days?

O'rly? Might get the newer one although I take BCAA in tablet form so may save the £3 lol :homme:
I just take it on training days, 4 times per week with weights and half a scoop on weds before cardio. Saturday I dont bother.
This supplement works straight away so you don't have to build levels up although the longer you use it the better it becomes.
I don't advise a whole scoop on your first go though, it can be pretty intense:panic: Do half a scoop for the 1st week so your body can get more tolerant to the hit.

ah good, it has creatine in, recon i should take my normal 5g of creatine on non training days to keep the level up? also i believe half scoop = 1 serving, they made the scoop massive for some reason, will order some today me thinks :D

Yeah it is basically a juiced up creatine with the added bonus of a pre-workout supplement.
I take creatine mono 10mg on training days anyway along with this.
Go for 1 scoop after the first week, you will see some good strength gains!

will order some and let you know, i really need to reach the gym max weights and im 2kg off on dumbells lol, hoping this will give me the extra push i need, ill keep taking my creatine then when im not taking this, 10g seems alot for me lol as i believe this has 5g already in it

tested it out in the gym before, didnt 'feel' it kick in but my endurance has deffo improved, whereas on jack3d you felt focused, i destroyed my bi's along with squats deadlifts etc and i still dont feel tired, so overall good, just wish i got abit mentally wired aswell ;)

pumps were good, but it was bi's that i noticed and they pump up good usually anyway,
started on half scoop yep,
about 25mins before i got into the gym,
only downside ive found is that i dont think the tub will last very long if i did a full scoop everytime i goto the gym = expensive
oh the taste is awesome btw rasberry lemonade, looks like a kids drink!

Take it 35-40 minutes before you do any training, try upping to 1 scoop soon then.
1 full scoop 5 days a week lasted me just over 4 weeks

ill try the problem is i take it when i get in from work and the gym is only 5mins drive away, so i tend to faff about to kill abit of time before i go, so 35-40mins will be a long time to wait around as it gets busy if i leave it too late,
i go gym 3 times a week so will give 1 scoop a try and hope it lasts, £30 a tub each month is steep tbh!

3 times per week should last you 5 weeks
you only have it for 8 weeks then take a break so not that steep ;)
35mins before is best if you want it to kick in before you start training mate

just tried 3/4 of a scoop, didnt noticed much difference but i was training with someone rather than alone like i normally do, and i think he was 'helping' too much when spotting, will review on tuesday when i do shoulders which i hate lol

Hey peeps, just back from the gym and it was my first time using a pre workout supplement, tried Jack3d. Wow! Don't know what I expected but didn't feel much at the gym, however I did manage to up my weights a bit. Recently been doing 16kg dumbells for shoulder press and finishing with a few reps at 18kg but tonighht managed to press the 18kg for a full 10 reps then managed a few reps at 20kg. And now that I'm home I feel v hyper so must have worked lol. Good stuff.
