hello
please help this may sound silly, but i cant seem to get my ariel off my car. does it unscrew or pull out?

use some pliers to unscrew it, much easier !!

It'll be seized in. Pair of pliers to grip it might help but be warned you may need a new base from citroen (Only a few quid)

mine won't come off . I'd just buy a new base . easy job to change .

maybe i will look into getting a new base then. are they easy to fit?
piece of piss. Pop the interior light out, unscrew the nut, done. Now the important bit: put a good amount of silicone glue before putting it back in to avoid any leaks.
