are you bothered about using the sunroof?
if not get some tigerseal or sikaflex - basically the same thing but does the sealing/bonding job like no other. but no silicon sealer goes anywhere near my cars mate. highly recomend tigerseal.

When will people learn that Tiger seal / Sikka flex is polyurethane sealer? but with Tiger seal and Sikka flex you pay for the name. Standard trade pu sealer is about 3 quid a tube as appose to tiger seal that is about 6-9 quid a tube.

i know it is polyurethane, does the same job as silicon sealer but can be over painted.
std trade sealer isn't as good imo, use it before and just wan't as good. but yes it did the job has different propites to tiger seal.

it's quite the common stuff, shouldn't be too tough to find. Order on the net if you get stuck....
