Well I have one of these now and Im thinking its TOO SMALL!!!??! im not even that tall im about 5 10 / 5 11 ... the steering wheels like banging of my knees no matter where i have the seat !??!? I can deal with it its not a big deal but it does seem cramped!!!

Anyone else notice this? also... is a saxo vtr or vts the same or more space???

same shell mate so no difference in the vtr / vts. Doesnt effect me to be honest i have no problems when i first got a saxo i realised pedals are close together but u get used to it

Yeh noticed that big time, i was hitting all 3 pedals with one foot hahah

& I only got small feet so it must be awkward if you have like size 10/11's

My right knee always hits my keys lol. It is all very cramped but you get used to putting your feet in certain positions to help etc lol

I dont get this whole pedal thing, i passed my test driving a 1.8 diesal Fiesta turbo :innocent: and the pedals were exactlly the same lol...

I had this problem with mine when i first got it and i'm not that tall either i'm 5"8, went to test drive it and i couldnt get in the car lol.
But after a few messings with i have now got my seat in the postition that is ok, just catches every now and again but no longer a problem. I just hate it when someone else drives my car and i get in after and my seat has moved - really annoying. = Aimee_C

my mate has this problem in his VTR. He drove an old mini and had more head room cos the seat was lower. Looked as funny as hell though!

Luckily i dont have any problems cos i only 5ft 6

Fit bucket seats maybe? you'll be lower down.

i got the exact same problem and im only 5'6! my knees are like under my chin! get used to it! also the pedals are a bitch! in my old saxo! i was pressing the gas and break at the same time! not good!

Ive noticed the pedals are really close as well...i got used to it pretty soon though....
the wheel hits my knees all the time, its as if the wheel is resting on my knees. Can you change the steering collumb on VTR/VTS?

I'll try and find some mate, just search ebay for "Bucket seats" you can get two for £150 unbranded but they do the job.
