Hi guys. i just want to ask, i bought this lights bulbs http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B003X33G4I
and its says on it that they are road legal and E marked, but the side lights bulb are blue and i read on internet that blue are
illegal. can you tell me if can police stop me and if they are legal?thanks

some police might stop you as blue bulbs can be seen as impersonating a emergency vehicle, however me and alot of mates have blue side lights but never been pulled, so will probs depend on the police around you area

i have a similar set like that with blue sidelights, not been stopped once

ive got them in my car, to be honest you can hardly see the blue sidelight bulbs when the headlights are on aswell anyway, the sidelights are illegal but ive never been pulled over for them had them in a year

Bulbs do not emit a blue in colour light its just a tint on the glass to cancel the yellow light emitted by the filament. You will be fine with them. There are better bulbs out there but not at that price.

i got pulled the other day for (apparently) having tail lights with minimal visibity lol i posted pics of it on the your cars section and tbh youd have to be blind to miss them lol but yeh ive seen plenty of drivers with blue/red side lights but not sure if they are illegal if your unsure check the law itself

Just because the outside is blue it's doesn't always mean that the sidelight is blue. I ahve brought some of these before and they are normal headlight yellow.

thanks guys, that headlights are much better then normal one, i can see so big diferent. and the side lights they have blue glas and theyre light is blue too so i didnt put it them there. but thanks for advices and sorry for my english :-)
