A red hammerite should do it, does look good with the stickers on have done this myself.

All my mates used red hammerite and they have had a good finish, just remember to degrease them really well!

Hammerite is definatly the best bet,
However if you do sandblock the calipers before spraying them try to get them clean but also as SMOOOTH as you can.

Only reason being - the paint will have to settle over the pitted metal giving a dirtier look so less pits for to dirt to collect in will result in the calipers looking cleaner for longer.

Ive never tried caliper specific paint but iv heard its pretty good.

Hammerite is shite for brakes. Take your time and strip them down and take them to a powder coater. He will blast them clean and the powder coat finish is next to none and will take anything you can throw at it. They will never need to be painted again just a clean every now and then.
