hey there uprated shocks and dampers meaning a full suspension kit? cos im nt too familiar with the whole suspension type terms.
if im lowering my torsion bar 40mm and want to reduce/eliminate rubbing when having people at the back. what am i supposed to do? i read something about uprated shocks and dampers.. but not sure what that means. .

uprated shocks/dampers will not decrease rubbing, they dont stop the car sagging as much the spring/torsion bar do that.

If you want to stop the rubbing either:

fit smaller wheels
raise it up
do the necessary arch work
