The Saxo adventure is finally over

Well today my Saxo ownership adventure has finally ended.
We have began to dismantle the car.

Bought 3 years ago a standard white mk1 Vts 2 owner car, first Saxo I have ever had S672HTX

I then blew a small fortune on it over the years preparing it for track days, anyway today it ended it life as R33NUT

It had 11 months mot & needed a new beam so that's the end , as in x factor here's a few of its best bits

I have 2 gearboxes here for it 1 1.4 xsi short ratio, 1 std Vts

Both are standard boxes

Its all Straight, there is already someone who wants the body kit etc

But no money has changed hands

6 point white cage is still in the car I have not removed it yet

It will be going up for sale soon it will be a bargain

Yes this is the one, Automark does lots of work on it for me

Mark did the cams & map etc

He has my 20vt to sort

ahhhh i also noticed a yellow 106 ? in there too hes a good lad he mapped a friends a3 and done an awesome job when i was walking round your car i was gonna put a thread up and asking what you having done/want to sell haha :( shame

The car was spot on apart from the rear beam , it was in Automark for throttle bodies . I decided to buy the ibiza as another project.

But I am finding parts very hard to source second hand for it.

But I have made my bed so I will lay in it.

But the Saxo was mint on track

lad on owners got cammed/mapped down there, i rang him to map my vtr bt he had a 6 week lead time at the time so couldnt fit me in when i needed it :y:

I had to wait 5 weeks first time round, but now can get in whenever
