Vtr hard to select gears when warm

My vtr only when warm is hard to get in gears and hard to get out of gear, when it's doing this it always crunches going into reverse. I fitted a new organic clutch kit a few thousand miles ago and is properly adjusted with a good low down bite point. Used 2 litres of genuine Citroën gear oil.
It's driving me mad :wall: and it's only started doing it last few days. Any ideas anyone???
