The plug on the left, is what was left over on my Engine loom, after I thought everything was connected. Turns out, It wasn't. The plug on the left is what turned about to be for the Crankshaft position sensor.. Where as my CPS had the plug on the left on it.. My engine is loom is Supposed to be a Single plug loom, but seems to have had some bodgery elsewhere too.

Daz (Saxdazza) spotted it luckily enough and sorted it with the plug from the old loom. But I'm still baffled as why it was on there in the 1st place, is it from a 3 plug loom or something?

Bump, anyone know what the Plug on the left is for/from?
It had 3 wires going to it..a green,Pink and an Uncovered/bare wire.

The Crank sensor on the right only has a 2 wires going to it, green and pink

I didn't spot it at first, I had a plug left over.. the one of the left.
And thought it was for A/C.

It was only until saxdazza said, the white plug/lead I had going onto my Crank sensor was for my Gearbox haha.

We spliced a plug from the old loom onto the new one, and cut the plug on the left off.
