fitted a new starter motor today,.. epic fail!

okay, imobiliser* light now flashes! car will only bump start, once running i turn key of whilst coasting in gear, this fixes that light..

on route home, the alternator started to fail.

ok, so i got a small blue wire to 8mm on starter.
fat red/black with suare washer going to 13mm on starter..
now am left with a thickish black wire with a round washer/eye, where does this one go? im guessing this is part of my alternator loop.

All sorted now folks, in case anyone is searching around in future and has the same problem:

The longest 13mm terminal should have both the Battery Live AND the Black wire that comes from the alternator.

The shorter 13mm terminal should have the very short wire that comes from the starter motor itself.

The small 8mm terminal should have the thin light blue wire that is the ignition feed.

YEHHH I USED SEARCH... I FEEL SO PROUD RIGHT NOW.. I COULD DO A MEGA WHEEL SPIN, BUT YEHHHH MY CAR DONT RUN!
