might be worth gettin a diagnostics test done mate also the bump could of jolted your coilpack

EMG light is not on, and i only got a obd-3 scanner. Dont work with my ecu :( you say jolted coil pack as in moved it maybe because sone of the bolts are missing? But wouldnt it missfire?

it could of jolted something inside the pack. how hard was the bump was it a deep pot hole might be worth taking pack off and re-fitting

saxo was sent to try our patients lol hope you can sort it i know you said you done but have you unplugged sensors and plugged them back in also i think a faulty coolant temp sensor can cause same probs as your having

also just had a brain wave (dont happen often) the air sensor on the bottom of the throttle body could have come loose because they are only clipped in iirc

Well i cleaned the connectors up, one of my spark plugs was loose! So tightend it up cleaned up coilpack, also changed ecu as got 2, seems to idle but still hunts a bit.

Sounds daft but have you pressed the big red button called the inertia button. Its like a fuel cut off. It could had just ever so slightly knocked the ball bearing out.

^^ wouldnt it make the car die completly though?

1 thing I would say is though once you`ve sorted the problem(if it needs a part replacing)take a pic of the pot hole & claim off the council.

Right update... Replaced the whole throttle body with sensors, then it idled betwern 1800-2200rmp. Then was oki for about 5 mins now dieing again. Check all the earth 4 times, pressed the red button, 2mo going to fit new coilpack. Got a map sensor but dont fit :(

Right put old throttle body back on as no luck with the stupid idle but now it idles ok, but when you revv it drops down to about 400-500rpm then cacthes itself.. Any other ideas??

Ill keep talking to myself but its perfect when its cold and when i drive it like a fairy, it cuts out at idle only when i take it over 3500rpm but it will catch it self sometimes, also it jolted a few times while driving ? Anyone? :(
