Is it just like jack3d?

Never tried this stuff but the reviews seem fine on google. Its just like any supplement mate its just trial and error it may be good for you and not for someone else.

Im off supplements for now im just giving my body a good rest from it and just eating well.

The thing with all the supplements nowadays are thier are so many and most are costly but the market wants you to believe all the stories of gains and energy etc so just watch out where you read things

Report back how you get on :y:

Not heard of it myself. There are so many pre-workout supplements out there, some work and some don't do much.

I've tried two, the one I'm on at the moment is brilliant, MusclePharm Assault

I'm still trying to find a nice natural protein powder that contains no crap like aspartame, sucralose, acesulfame K, saccharin, and all the rest of them, they seriously mess me up good style.

That's usually for sweeteners for flavoured whey, try looking for unflavoured clean whey.

Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey is meant to be pretty clean but it may have acesulfame in it

I have been searching forever, every time I find something that looks hopeful, it turns out it has some nasty additive in it.

And they MESS me up.
