A year ago i said i was going to start the gym, but i was a fucking pussy and didnt start.. so tomorrow im gonna go to the gym.
So basically i need some help with my routine, any help will be appreciated

I want to get "big".. maybe a stone in a year, which obviously wont all be muscle

read, learn, lift, eat!
youll learn whats best for you by looking at what each exercise does and what its goal is, then after you know that youll get good results, doing things and not knowing why your doing it will get you nowhere,
i started with full body workouts and seen good gains when i started then moved to splitting up,
also remember its not how heavy you lift, but how you lift it,
accept that youll be on 'women' weights when you start, people laugh at idiots with huge weights they cant lift, not people with low weights doing it properlly

I'm with b0t13 on the read and learn part. Once you've done that, you wont really need any more advice for a while from here...
go look on www.bodybuilding.com and read some of the articles to begin with I reckon, or anywhere for that matter.
