Lowering Springs/Coilovers

Does anybody by anychance know a company who can make Lowering Springs or Coilovers for a certain car?
I'm struggling rather alot tbh, lowest i can find is 35/40mill & that's not low enough....

I'm guessing they are for another car since lowering springs are allover the net for saxo's.. not sure though but i guess you can get anything done for the right price
