Does any1 know if polished bliss are offering premium members discount on their products atall?
PolishedBliss
24th July 2006, 10:04
Yes and I'm afraid not. We don't offer discounts at all, as we set our prices as low as possible anyway, so as to make sure we offer all of our customers the best possible deal. We also subsidise postal charges to help keep the costs to you guys down. What we do on the forums we sponsor is maintain a daily presence helping out and offering tips, and paying a fee to help keep the forum going. We find that offering advice and getting the best result first time is worth more than any discount. :)

Yeh mate, got rid of the 17 billion inch bad boys for these 15s which I like alot more! Yeh, was going to have ago at the bumpstrips first, what did you do? wet n dry, then primer, then top coat? Gonna get standard mirrors on too when I find some, also spray the fuel cap black maybe. . .Will post new pics when its lowered on thurs/friday. Currently got no gearbox in as i lost 5th gear so Ive got the oldone out and have another one ready to go in hoping to fit it tonight and also do my front springs and then b able to drive it but Im gonna have to work fast!!:fcuk:

Got your work cut out then.lol. Yes mate those wheels look better than the big bad boys you had. Suit the car better Yea mate sanded it down dry first then wet sanded with 600 then 1200. Do not spray until all the dimples are out and it is silky smooth. The finish will be a much better quality. I masking taped up and that was a pain in the ass big time as I put masking behind the top of the bumpstrip. Did 3 coats of primer and sanded down each time in between. Then 5 or 6 coats of black sanded down inbetween each coat then coated a few layers with laquer. Took me and a mate 6 hours to do which isn't too bad. It's all about the preperation I believe. Spray evenly aswell as first time I did it you could see slight bits of primer through but all sorted now.
