depends when you passed your test, not how old.

and also depends on size and weight of trailor.

depends on your age and the gross mass weight of the car, trailor and bike

ill have a quick look but i believe if you passed after 2001 you can only tow a trailer that weighs less than the car youre using to tow it once its loaded up

Nothing to do with age its when you passed your test but its the gross weight of the car, trailor and bike. Unless you buy a tractor then you can tow alot more weight even on a provisional.

yeah i have mate however im in the Air Force and its my job so they paid for it as part of my training ... anit worth risking it as the police with have your trailer and anything on it ... theres alot of trailer training places now but i know you have to do a test on it.

If you passed your test after 2001 then you can tow a trailer upto a combined GROSS weight of 3.5 tonnes, totally irrelevent if your towing nothing or the full capacity of the trailer, its the GROSS weight of the Towing vehicle and the GROSS weight of the trailer.
Plus the trailer GROSS weight must not be more than 750kg.
