right, does anyone know the legalities of these bulbs

h4 smd for headlights

i need better lamps for my mk1 saxo vtr

just wondering if they would still give you a beam pattern or not.

anyone tried them

Smd headlights are shit and nowhere near bright enough for a headlight bulb. Save up for some decent quality bulbs wouldn't bother with hid's because from next year your car will fail mot with them in.

oh didnt know about the hid failing mots from next year on. so better get some really good h4 bulbs then

The smd side lights I've got in mine are really bright? Could always get them mate and send them back if they're shite

There fine for the side lights mate. Just the headlight ones give little to no visible beam on the road.
