Sounds like you need to do some reading on diets mate. Its all about increasing your metabolism. Thats done through regular eating of clean foods.
Its not often I would advise supps to someone who needs a lot of work on their diet. But I would look into ECA, google it. Its a fat burner as such, but mostly I just found it gave me motivation and energy to get the training done. And it sounds as if your job takes up most your time, and Im guessing your sitting on your arse? ECA will help control your hunger so your not just sitting their eating crisps all day complaining about your kite haha

see im in college 9-1 m/t/w/f
and in work 2-half 10 sat-wed
so i dont get much time to myself .
is there like 1 supplement i can just eat or whatever as it cuts out all the complicated healthy meals as tbh i dont like the likes of salad.
and the gym is a 12 month contract mate .
dont get me wrong im no fatty sitting down playing on a console hating my shape i just need toning up but ive never had to worry about it before as i was always busy doing my sports etc and on my cr125. just seem to be in a stalemate atm

you need to exercise to lose weight,
there is nothing than u just take and it shreads fat(wish there was),
the basics to losing weight are burn more than you eat!
if you just eat high protein healthy foods like chicken tuna etc.. and get on a treadmill/bike for 20mins in morning then 20mins after college everyday youll soon burn it off

yes but dont bover if you wont exercise, tuna and chicken gets boring quick as its all i eat tbh,
the exercise is the most important bit, and not eating shit..

Not really. Diet it key to loosing weight / gaining weight / building muscle or cutting.

A normal person knows when they are bein a fat pig on chocolate which is why i said within reason. With exercise and an ok diet the exercise will start to make a difference.
I have never bothered with a diet as such, and ive got on just fine. McDonalds is to nice ha.

I let myself go big time, but recently I've cut all the crap out, no crisps, sweets or energy drinks. Went up to 15 stone at my heaviest but changing nothing but my diet I've dropped a stone in 4 weeks.
Now through the day I munch chopped carrots instead of crisps. 3 apples and two tins of mackerel. Then a normal tea.
I know its not very exciting but its done the job. I work as a lorry driver now so I do spend about 6 hours a day on my arse but equally I spend 4 hours a day running around shifting heavy pallets about etc. The problem comes in the six hours sat bored eating crap.

Everythings all great when your young, I could eat anything and not gain a pound. But when I got to 28 that changed. All the things I liked made me fat!
