I need to some help with my toad alarm.
is not a major problem but its something i really want to do,

i want to make my car chirp when i unlock and lock it, because i think its been set to quiet.

ive got the pin code to do it all i just need to get into setting,

ive found 2 guides on the internet and ive tryed everything but its nothing like mine.

ive followed this guide
http://bbs.scoobynet.com/security-16/465077-toad-ai606-alarm-chirp.html

i cant seem to enter my code anywhere ive tryed alsorts but when ever i turn the ignition on the red led goes off if i turn it off it comes on and starts flashing

any other suggestions on how to get into the settings.

also my led, a wire came out.
there is one connected to a red cable but the other came out, i cant find anywhere where it has came from :\
so i attached it to a earth cable and now it works, is that correct?

thanks alot if anyone can help

You can get it to chirp by the key fob, cant remember how you do it though, have you tried googling toad alarm??

BTW, the chirping will eventually drive you and your neighbours insane.

haaha its okay i live in the middle of no where :L
yea i just hate the standard horrid solonoid sound, i can turn the indicators off with the fob and i can make the led flash solid using the fob :\ ive tried alsorts

yea ive even ran toad up they wouldnt tell me they just game me the codes and said i had to buy the manual for £9.99 which i might just do if i cant figure out then i can get into the settings then :)

thanks for the reply :)

right its a 'a-00 0380' also has 087001294 on the siren

and it has 2 buttons on the remote
there are two wire which run to the let but one came out of somewhere but i cant find where, but ive wired it into the earth from the cigerette lighter

it works. when i unlock the car it flashes three times then it flashes slowly then once i turn the ignition on it switches off.

if i hold the two buttons in together the led will light up and stay on until i press it again

thanks

Sounds like a compact system not to easy to programme as most do the remotes look like this
